Welcome to Amar Partner! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amar Partner ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our English language practice application and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Amar Partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Binding Agreement

  • These Terms apply to all users of the Amar Partner application
  • If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service
  • Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms

Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Amar Partner
  • Users between 13-18 years must have parental or guardian consent
  • We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts that don't meet requirements

Geographic & Legal Compliance

  • You are responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction
  • Service may be restricted or unavailable in certain regions

Account Registration & Security

Account Creation

To use Amar Partner, you must create an account by providing:

  • Accurate and complete registration information
  • A valid email address for account verification

  • An appropriate username free from offensive content

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

When using Amar Partner, you agree to:

  • Use appropriate language suitable for all ages

  • Provide honest and constructive feedback through ratings

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

  • Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users
  • Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
  • Recording calls without explicit consent from all parties
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our service
  • Using the service for commercial purposes without permission

Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abuse. Violations will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without warning.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through Amar Partner are protected by intellectual property rights:

  • App design, interface, and user experience
  • Logo, brand name, and all trademarks
  • Conversation topics and educational content
  • Software code and algorithms

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display your profile and achievements within the app.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

Account Termination

Voluntary Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Using the "Delete Account" option in your settings
  • Contacting our support team for assistance
  • Note: Uninstalling the app does not delete your account

Grounds for Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Engaging in prohibited activities or harmful behavior
  • Multiple user complaints or reports
  • Account inactivity for more than 12 months

Effects of Termination

  • Immediate loss of access to all app features and services
  • Removal of your profile from public view
  • Deletion of achievements and leaderboard rankings
  • Some data may be retained for legal and security purposes

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the service.

Educational Purpose Only

Amar Partner is designed for language practice and social learning. We are not:

  • A certified educational institution
  • Able to provide language certifications
  • Responsible for the quality of peer-to-peer teaching

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or fees paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions
